About Us

"Meeting the needs of youth, wherever they are"

Our Mission and Beliefs

Mission

"To assist youth and young adults to become self-sufficient, self-reliant, and to sustain themselves in the community and live a quality life."

Vision

To bring the collective community together to support vulnerable populations; that of youth, young adults, and their families.

Philosophy

KEI’s Founders, Board of Directors, Staff, Volunteers, and Supporters subscribe to the fundamental belief that all children are born to be” Kings and Queens” with innate skills, talents, and abilities.
They are born with purpose and destiny.

We Believe That

It is the responsibility of each adult in their lives to identify those gifts and talents, to nurture their skills and abilities, and to help them grow to become youth and young adults who are aware of who they are, what they are capable of doing, and see that they are a part of something greater than themselves.

We Furter Believe That...

All adults are responsible for teaching our children and youth. Equipping them to be the best that they can be, modeling for them those behaviors that we wish to see from them, and giving the best of what we have, back to those in our communities who are less fortunate.

We are committed to these beliefs and have developed services that are holistic and support our spiritual, physical, mental, and cultural growth and development.
